Supra - Keys and Lockboxes
The Pinellas Realtor® Organization uses Supra for our lockbox system.
As a member, you are eligible to use an eKEY or ActiveKEY. This will enable you to have access to lockboxes in Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Sarasota, Manatee, Venice, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte and Hernando counties. Through the SupraWEB you will be able to run showing reports, view showing activity, assign iBoxes to listings, and more.
As a PRO member, you are not required to lease a Supra key, but if you use another member’s key, you and that member will face a $5000.00 fine. Click here to read the Lockbox System Policy.

Note: A $50.00 activation fee is required to start or restart a key account with Supra.
eKEY:
This option is the most cost-effective choice. You must have a compatible Smartphone with internet “data” service to be able to use the eKEY application. Click here for the most current compatible list. The eKEY is the only option that allows you to program your own lockboxes. iPhone users must purchase an adapter ($58.80) and Blackberry or Android users must purchase a FOB ($62.03) in order for those phones to work as the eKEY. These are available to purchase at the PROStore located inside PRO from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please note that PRO will be having a lockbox exchange in August 2012. Once we have completed the exchange, Blackberry and Android phone users will no longer be required to use a FOB. The exchange will not affect iPhone users - they will still have to use the adapter to access the boxes.

ActiveKEY:
The ActiveKEY is a device that you lease from Supra. ActiveKEYs update through cell phone towers and require a nightly plug-in charge. The lease runs from September 25th through September 24th of the following year.

Lockboxes:
A lockbox is a device affixed to a property that is being marketed by a REALTOR®. It contains keys that are used to gain access to the property. The lockbox is only accessible through the use of an ActiveKEY or eKEY. New lockboxes are available for purchase for $123.00 at the PROStore inside PRO from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
If you are purchasing a used lockbox from another PRO member, you must fill out the lockbox transfer form and submit it to PRO so that it can be put into your name. Click here for the form. At this time, we cannot accept transferred lockboxes from any other association except for West Pasco. PRO will be having a lockbox exchange in August 2012 in order to adapt to the new Bluetooth technology enabled lockboxes.
