Terminating Membership

 

If you wish to terminate your membership with PRO, please complete the following steps:

1. Have your broker remove your license from their office in the DBPR by going to www.myfloridalicense.com. For detailed instructions, please click here.
   
   
2. Have your broker fax a screen print from DBPR’s website showing you are inactive with their office to 727-231-8060.
   
   
3. If you still have one, there is no need to return your MLS token. We no longer use the token but if you join a MLS system that uses the token they may be able to activate it.
   
   
4. You must return your leased Supra ActiveKEY and charger to PRO.
   NOTE: Terminating membership with PRO will not cancel your ActiveKEY or eKEY service. To cancel an eKEY, please call PRO at 727-347-7655.
   
   
5. Lockboxes must stay within District Six. Use the lockbox transfer form if you give or sell your boxes to another agent. 
   
   

Please allow 1 to 2 business days to process your termination.

If you wish to terminate your membership with PRO and are transferring to another board, please complete the following steps:

1. Have your broker remove your license from their office in the DBPR by going to www.myfloridalicense.com. For detailed instructions, please click here.
   
   
2. Have your broker fax a screen print from DBPR’s website showing you are inactive with their office to 727-231-8060.

4. If you are transferring to another board within District Six (Hillsborough, Pasco, Land O’ Lakes) you must call us at 727-347-7655 to cancel your Supra key in our system. After you cancel with us, you can go to your new association and have your key transferred to them. If you are transferring outside District Six, you must return your leased ActiveKEY and charger to PRO.
   NOTE: Terminating membership with PRO will not cancel your ActiveKEY or eKEY service. To cancel an eKEY, please call PRO at 727-347-7655.
   
   
5. Use the lockbox transfer form if you give or sell your boxes to another agent.
