Closing an Office

If you are a broker closing your office, please fax PRO a letter with the following information:

• The date the office will close
  
• List what office(s) the agents are transferring to
  

Note: The agents' new broker needs to transfer their licenses through the DBPR.

No transfer fee is charged when an office closes.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days to process your closing.
